I only had what felt like the beat between heartbeats in terms of time between when I arrived back from Paris and when I left NYC again. So I was careful about how I spent my time and one of the best things I did was accept the invitation to have breakfast with @ritzparis in a stunning apartment overlooking Madison Square Park. The attention to detail was incredible with an attendant in full uniform from #TheRitzParis greeting us at street level, fresh-pressed juice that was oh so NYC-meets-Paris and the most delectable Madeleines served warm from the oven, made on site by @francoisperretpatisserie. They were in fact, the best Madeleines I’ve ever had. It’s been on my bucket list to stay at The Ritz since I was a little girl. I haven’t given up on the dream but until that day happens, I’ll be grateful for a few minutes spent in a Ritz world high above a city where sometimes it does seem as if anything is possible.
