Collaboration has been the name of the game for this trip and this post is no different. The crazy talented @isthisreal worked his magic editing this photo of me from #tanshikarspicefarm and if you're not yet familiar with Brian's feed, please check it out. I've been so grateful to get to know him during our time in Goa. He's a mega talented photographer and a great human being who arrived in India before the rest of our group. He used that time to explore other parts of the country and his images made me SO excited to arrive. They show many different faces of India both literally and metaphorically. While he wasn't with me when @boubouteatime captured this photo of me in a remote part of Goa, I wanted to see what he could do with it after talking with him about editing, photography and traveling through India. I love the end result!! And if you check out the hashtag #escape2goa you will see several other perspectives of this same location. It's a family-owned spice farm with a wonderful restaurant that offers cooking classes, the best Chai I've had so far in Goa and a host of other activities. Secluded in a forest that I never expected to find in this part of India it feels authentic and compelling in a way that's difficult to put into words or to fit into one static photo.
