Blue and white. The colors of so many Greek islands. One of my favorite color schemes. 💙 And found everywhere on Crete just like on Santorini where we were before coming here. I love this spot at @bluepalaceresort where the blue of the design details echo the cobalt of the sparkling ocean just beyond and the white contrasts so beautifully, and you can see the island of Spinalonga off in the distance! It's a Greek Heritage site and just a few minutes boat ride from the beach. So appropriate that we're here shooting for @theluxurycollection because this place is the very embodiment of that, without pretension or posturing. Laid back and serene with a focus on local traditions, cuisine and products that use ingredients sourced right here or as close to the resort walls as possible. And the staff have been so wonderful.
