#Throwback to 1945, as flags of United Nations member countries wave in the courtyard of San Francisco City Hall in California.

Delegates of 50 nations met at this location for several months in the spring of 1945 where they drafted and unanimously adopted the UN Charter.

On Thursday’s #UNDay, we mark 79 years of the #UnitedNations working to make a difference in people’s lives and create a more sustainable, peaceful world for all.
