## Caption

Weekends are for winding down. 

Saturdays and Sundays are only days where I fully control my schedule and activities. I’m sure the same applies to many other people. Here’s what I have in mind for myself, in preparation for a crazy week of exams: 

- get at least seven hours of sleep, even if it means going to sleep earlier or waking up a little later
- schedule a hot yoga class on Sunday, making time to prioritize my mind and body and nothing else
- create a study plan with small breaks included 

and lastly, trust that I am giving my best effort and that exam scores do not define my worth.
