#KanyeWest and #Adidas have reached a mutual agreement to settle their legal disputes out of court, officially ending partnership.

According to LATimes, Adidas CEO #BjornGulden shared that both sides have withdrawn all claims, adding, “No one owes anybody anything anymore. So whatever was, is history.”

The issues began in October 2022 when Adidas placed its Yeezy partnership with Ye “under review” after failure to resolve their conflicts. Following the split, Adidas was left with $1.3 billion in unsold Yeezy merchandise and reported a $600 million loss that quarter. Ye also accused them of copying his shoe designs.
