PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

Ancient texts of Hatha Yoga state that inside the body of the yogi are mountains, valleys, oceans, and rivers. The moon and stars also move in that inner space.

Join lifelong yoga practitioner, Vladimir Tchakarov, for a program that shows you how to shine the light of the five core practices of Hatha yoga (kriya, asana, pranayama, bandha, and mudra) into your inner world. Vladimir will guide you through the process utilized by the ancient seekers who used symbols to map their inner journey. Through lecture, discussion, creative expression, yoga, and more, you will:

- Deconstruct the modern mythology and notions of the chakra system.
- Explore the origin, history, and purpose of subtle yoga anatomy in its Indian tantric context. 
- Engage in experiential, physical, and meditative yoga practices. 
- Generate your own unique map of the subtle body.
