Recipe: 

Cookies:
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup Local Hive Honey
3 cups all-purpose flour, spooned & leveled
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
 
Frosting: 
3 ounces cream cheese, softened at room temp
¾ cups butter, softened at room temp
2 ¼ cups powdered sugar
1-2 tbsp Local Hive Honey
1 tsp vanilla 
Pinch of salt
Food coloring, as desired
 
Cream butter & brown sugar in a large bowl w/ electric mixer for 1-2 minutes. Add Local Hive Honey & mix until just combined. Add dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms. Divide dough in half and roll each half between parchment paper sheets to ⅜” to ½” thick. Chill in the fridge 1-2 hours or up to 2 days. CON’T IN COMMENTS
