THE END OF AN ERA
Tonight's game against the Bastrop Bears marks the end of the varsity volleyball district season. While the Knights will go on to play more games as playoff games are starting, they will not have the opportunity to play another game in their home gym.

Tonight was also Senior Knight for McCallum, and senior Sophie Koch says the game was a great way to end off her final season at McCallum.

“The game was so much fun and it was such a good senior knight and a great way to end off the season,” Koch said.

For the third and final set, every senior got the chance to play together during district play for one last time. Koch said that this moment is something she will never forget, even after playoffs are over.

“The last set was so much because it was all seniors, plus we were all playing positions we don't normally play so it just kind of let us have fun and loosen up a bit for our last game.”
