At the Student Journalism Conference sponsored by the austincouncilpta at the Texas Capitol on Sept. 12, Shield staff reporter Beatrix Lozach interviewed Austin ISD Trustee Lynn Boswell about Proposition A that is before voters in the Nov. 5 general election. 

Lozach asked Boswell to explain how the tax revenues raised by increased property taxes would affect campuses in a real, material way.
