National Disability Employment Awareness Month is a time to celebrate the value and talent that workers with disabilities add to our workplaces.

TCAA employs individuals from Pathways to Work, a nonprofit that prepares adults with disabilities for sustainable, integrated work opportunities.

This month we celebrate Nathan, who has been a TCAA employee for a year.
