🩷 Happy Wicked Day! 💚 
it's hard to believe Wicked has really only been part of my life for a little over two years now, but I wholeheartedly believe the universe had me wait to see the show until 2022 so my first Elphie could be Filipina. 🇵🇭 (lissadeguz is amazing. 🫶🏽) 
the first time I saw Wicked was actually the only time I'd ever seen a show by myself, but I instantly loved it. the second the show ended and the curtain closed, I immediately wanted to see it again. and I did. and I'll continue to see it again and again for as long as I can. and I will be watching the movie in theaters multiple times. (if you want to see it but not by yourself, I will gladly go with anyone who wants to see it!)
few musicals — or anything really — have had the same impact on me that Wicked has. I've met so many wonderful (pun intended) people because of this show. I've seen people wear somethinggoodmerch to the show on Broadway and on tour. I've convinced a friend to see the show, and I wish I could go and experience it with all of my favorite people. not to mention my favorite color is pink and wijangco12's is green, so sometimes people think we're dressed like that on purpose when really those were our colors before we ever knew who Fiyero even was. 😅 
my bank account probably wishes I didn't love the show, but because of Wicked, I truly have been changed for good.
