#KekePalmer is opening up about her relationship with her ex, #DariusJackson, and where they currently stand now that  things are now under control.

In an interview with people, Keke detailed what went wrong in their relationship. When asked about the moment Darius took to social media to comment on her outfit choice while attending Usher’s Las Vegas show, Keke shared that she was at a photoshoot at the time and was just “shocked.” She shared that their relationship had become “unhappy and unhealthy” at that point.

Things soon turned toward the legal route when Keke filed for a temporary restraining order after accusing Darius of domestic violence. He responded to the accusations with accusations of his own. Keke said, “It got so out of control. The only way I knew how to bring order was through the court.”

When it comes to what initially went wrong in their relationship, she shared that “having a baby was a big stressor,” along with fame. Keke added, “Not just with my romantic relationships, but with family and friends, it’s always become a burden. Too many voices get in. It can make everybody else not trust you. It’s hard to explain.”

Nonetheless, Keke and Darius have moved past their issues. After court-ordered mediation, they settled amicably on a joint custody agreement.
