## Caption

These GF #biscotti are so satisfying to make - and eat! They remind me of my paternal grandma, Bubba, who used to make the fanciest cookies. 

My recipe gets big flavor from GF oat flour, caramelized hazelnuts, plenty of butter, just enough sugar, and a dip in bittersweet chocolate. 

Perfect for tucking into a cookie box, dipping into a latte, sharing with a friend, or hoarding all for yourself!
