This is my petition to the owners of iberianpig … please open a restaurant in Charlotte!! 

A beautiful restaurant serving Modern Spanish Tapas located in the The Gulch district of 📍Nashville, Tennessee.

Here are some of my favorites: 
✨RISOTTO | bomba rice, braised pork cheek, idiazabal, local
mushrooms, migas
✨ PORK CHEEK TACOS | braised pork, grilled corn salsa, avocado créma, cilantro, lime
✨ CROQUETAS DE IBÉRICO | bechamel, ibérico, sofrito aioli
✨ PULPO | spanish octopus, piquillo emulsion, canary
island potatoes, refrito de ajo
✨TOCINO | pork belly, pomegranate glaze, chickpea, marcona praline
✨BASQUE CHEESECAKE
