🚀The LEAD Program’s Impact on Leadership at USAFA✈️

Like many prior-enlisted cadets, C2C Te’Anne Dailey leveraged the Leaders Encouraging Airmen Development Program to make a #USAFA education and her future officer commission a reality.
With her active-duty experience, Te’Anne has enjoyed becoming the go-to resource for her fellow cadets, offering guidance and support. 

“Just knowing that I have people looking up to me in a positive manner makes me proud because I want to be an amazing role model. I want to be the person that anyone can come to with concerns. Everyone, from classmates to my leadership, has high expectations for me as a leader.”

The LEAD Program promotes leadership, and strengthens the usairforce and spaceforcedod by allowing exceptional enlisted Airmen and Guardians to earn commissions through the Academy.
