## Caption

In late 2015, Porsche released the new 911 R based on the all new 991 generation of the 911 GT3RS sports car. The car was developed as the little brother to the 911 GT3 RSR which raced in the now-extinct GTE category. 

The racing version had a longer wheelbase, more powerful 500hp 4.0l engine, and a full carbon fiber bodywork with double bubble roof. 

The GT3 R was available to order for €420,000.
