## Caption

A little tart, a little bubbly, and a tad bit sweet, this Cinnamon Orange Blossom cocktail is a perfect way to celebrate #NationalCinnamonDay with friends! 🥂🍂
 
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle of La Marca Prosecco
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 orange
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 whole cloves
- 3 whole allspice
- 2 cinnamon sticks
 
Instructions:
1. Rinse lemon and orange and thinly slice them, discarding seeds; quarter the orange slices. Put fruit in a 4 to 5-quart saucepan.
2. Add honey, sugar, cloves & allspice to saucepan, stir frequently. 
3. With a knife, cut the cinnamon sticks lengthwise into thinner strips. Add cinnamon sticks and 2 cups water to saucepan; bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Pour Prosecco into hot citrus base and heat until steaming, about 8 minutes. Keep warm over low heat. Ladle into heatproof cups or wine glasses and garnish with orange slices.
