The American star Tommy Paul is returning to the Royal Tennis Hall and the BNP Paribas Nordic Open. Ranked 14th, Paul had his breakthrough when he won his first ATP tournament in Stockholm in 2021.

Paul has had a strong year, and with a sharp finish, there is a chance for him to reach the prestigious ATP Finals in Turin in mid-November. The 27-year-old from New Jersey has impressed on all surfaces this season. Paul has won ATP tournaments indoors in Dallas and on the classic grass at Queen’s. Other achievements include quarterfinals at Wimbledon and the Olympics. On the clay in Paris, Paul also won an Olympic bronze medal in doubles, alongside US Open finalist Taylor Fritz.
