Our latest guest on "Sharing The WELLth" was @StevePamon, President & CEO of @VerzuzTV!  S.T.W. is a mental health initiative co-founded by my sister Annie & me & in partnership with @FountainHouse that focuses on careers & wellness. Steve shared about the wellness strategies he uses to stay organized, to be an effective leader, and to keep perspective while working with Beyoncé & Verzuz & some of the biggest sports and entertainment brands in the world. We appreciated his examples and case studies of how to be a valuable member of a work team as well as wellness tools for navigating the wins and failures within a career for our audience of aspirational adults living with mental illness. ❤️🧠📝📈🎶
