We’re headed to closing and of course, we’re doing a final walk through to make sure the house is how it should be before my buyers sign on the dotted line. Im sooo glad we did because we found a leak in the ceiling that was NOT there during our inspection 😱😱😱😱 This was definitely not expected. Do you think we should still close?
