🤩 SPORT CLUB SPOTLIGHT 🤩
Today’s #SportClubSpotlight features Golf ⛳️

Here are some quick highlights:
➔ The team placed second in a tournament this past month at the Lakeview Golf Club in Greensboro, NC.
➔ The team won the tournament played at the Kiskiack Golf Club in Williamsburg, VA over the weekend of April 10.

Mic'd Up with Golf 🎤

President Tommy Fleming: “My favorite aspect of the sport is that it is all on you. There is nobody there to help you or coach you or pick you up if you are having a bad day. I like the challenge of pushing myself and having to motivate myself everyday to practice and get better. With golf there is always something that can be improved and worked on, and I like the struggle of trying to figure it all out for myself.”

Senior Eli Newman: “[The sport has a] very laid back atmosphere to be honest, so there isn’t a whole lot of pressure. It’s just the right balance of competition and just having a good time.”
