## Caption

We’re celebrating #NationalFigWeek with our Fig & Honey Prosecco 🥂🍯✨
 
Ingredients
- 2 figs muddled 
- 3/4 oz. lemon juice 
- 3/4 oz. honey syrup*
- 1/2 oz. vodka 
- 4 oz. La Marca Prosecco
- Garnish: fig slice, thyme spring 
 
Instructions
Muddle figs in a shaker. Add juice, honey syrup and vodka to the shaker. Shake and strain into a wine glass with ice. Top with La Marca Prosecco. Garnish with fig and thyme. 
*Honey syrup is 2 parts honey to one part water
- Honey syrup
- 1 cup honey
-  1/2 cup water
Heat honey and water in a pan on the stove until incorporated. Let cool and store in a jar in the fridge.
