As a result of our efforts to improve first-generation student success, SDSU was among the first 12 U.S. institutions to be elevated to a First-Gen Forward Advisory Institution from the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA). This designation recognizes SDSU's commitment to improving experiences and advancing outcomes of first-generation college students.
