🧊 🛁 in paradise 😎 🏝️ . I’ve done my fair share of ice baths. While training and competing in college or with the US 🇺🇸 team, it was one of the only ways to effectively recover for the next practice or next competition. Do they suck- yes. Are the benefits worth it- also yes. Do they ever get easier- for me, no. Earlier this year grandvelasnay brought this recovery practice into their #Wellnessing itinerary and it was a great way to educate #Travelers and adventure seekers on the benefits of this modality as well as a fun activity to do as a group.  There’s a dime a dozen companies in the US that are iterating on this practice and it’s cool to see ice baths adopted into the travel and leisure category.
