I’ve been knocked down and almost knocked out, but I’m still standing here today. Back in ‘99, we won the championship—but Shaq, all 7 feet and 330 pounds of him, fell on top of me. And yeah, it hurt. At 5’11” and 172 pounds, I could’ve stayed down, but I got back up. I had to push forward, not just for myself, but for my family, my friends, and for everyone I’d meet in the future who might need a reminder to keep going. That’s what life is about—fall, but always get back up. #CoachAvery #KeepPushing #Resilience
