It’s official: it helps to have a training partner 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

We’ve always known that it helps to have a training partner – but now we have proof: In 2022 we went farther and stayed out longer when we were with a group. This held true in the month of January, when dark skies and cold temps can test our motivation to stick to new goals.
