Shell Ingredients (from piesandtacos ):
• 1.25 AP flour
• 1 tbs. Granulated sugar
• 1/8 tsp. Salt
• 1 tbs. Butter
• 1 egg yolk
• 1/3 cup dry white wine

Filling Ingredients:
• 1 & 1/2 cups dried ricotta
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 3 tbs. Amaretto
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (fold in)
• 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips (on the side to dip ends of cannoli into)
• plastic piping bag to fill cannoli shells
