To continue our dining room inspiration in anticipation of Thanksgiving, we’re sharing another favorite space designed by whitneywilkinson_designstudio, perfectly styled by suzonnestirling and beautifully captured by jmarquephoto. The combination of a moody teal with a pop of mustard yellow on the chairs creates a rich color palette that gives the backdrop of the traditional chinoiserie wallpaper from themuralsource a modern edge. Whitney chose our Dumaine Chandelier in antique burnished brass whose finish adds another rich element to the space. The mission for the home was to create a contemporary and family-friendly design that seamlessly incorporated traditional and timeless aesthetics to achieve the goal of creating striking spaces that could be shared with family and friends. To infuse a personal touch into the design, she  incorporated some of the client’s existing furniture pieces and treasured family heirlooms. By blending the old with the new, she achieved a harmonious fusion of styles that reflected the family’s unique identity.
