🌍 Generation Atomic is at COP29! Together with global experts, activists, and policymakers, we’ll be advocating for nuclear energy’s essential role in achieving net-zero and a resilient climate future.

This year, Generation Atomic will be focusing on enabling the great success of nuclear energy at the previous session, COP28 in Dubai. 

⚛️ Breaking down barriers to nuclear energy adoption, challenging misconceptions, and highlighting its potential as a reliable, low-carbon energy source.

📉 Addressing climate finance gaps, aiming for equitable, accessible financing models that include advanced nuclear projects.

🤝 Forging partnerships across sectors and countries to enable nuclear energy integration in diverse energy strategies, enhancing energy security worldwide.

We will be following the climate finance negotiations, organizing panels on “Clean energy Solutions for Hard to abate sectors” and “Youth Participation in NDC review”, speaking at country pavilions and hosting an exhibit all the while advocating for nuclear energy across the two weeks. 

COP29 is a critical time for action, and we are thrilled to contribute with insights and solutions that bring us closer to a sustainable, clean energy future.
