Over 200,000 service members leave the military annually and as DoD Skillbridge partner, Oshkosh Corporation gains early access to top-notch military talent. Service members gain civilian experience and training working for Oshkosh during their final 180 days of service while continuing to receive military pay and benefits, bridging their military to civilian careers.
