## Caption

On this Remembrance Day, we honor the bravery and sacrifice of those who have served, across generations and borders. This photograph from May 30, 1942, reflects a moment in history when the Canadian-American Military Board stood together. Taken behind the CPR station, with the Palliser—a landmark through the ages—in the background.

Today, we remember and thank those who served in the pursuit of peace and freedom. Lest we forget.
