It’s all about a balance…Overall, our #Wellnessing itinerary included a host of activities from nutrition intake, meditation, physical recovery, fitness programming, arts/crafts, exploration, and general relaxation. Time well spent and while touching several pillars of a well-rounded getaway.  Love seeing properties lean into a multifaceted stay that can be catered to the wellness traveler.  Looking forward to getting back out there.
