Quicksand!
As far as 10 round and 20 minute workouts go this one was actually pretty fun. 
A bit of strategy on the bags but mostly just good old fashioned grunt work. I ran a pretty good race here. Tried to move a few heavy bags early and leave the light work until the end but made one error and had a heavy bag and a bit of a fumble on round 9 that let old Fikowski back into the race. He had a perfectly timed attack on the last round and I didn’t have the legs to respond. It happens 🤷🏼‍♂️
Left it on empty here. I think all of the muscles in my legs were cramping at the finish. Welcome back to the rogueinvitational !
