A 10-year-old dog has found her "forever home" after she was found clinging to a submerged shopping cart in June.

Dorothea, a Chihuahua mix, was rescued from a canal by the Arizona Humane Society and the Phoenix Fire Department staff. She later received a month of treatment before being made available for adoption. She now lives with her new family in Youngstown, Arizona. #arizona #youngstown #dogs #phoenix
