Recipe + GIVEAWAY! ✨ I teamed up with blueberries to share this delicious blueberry cookie recipe! 🫐 They’re a mix between a blueberry muffin and a cookie and have the most beautiful bright pink blueberry glaze over the top. My kids absolutely LOVE these cookies!

Blueberry Cookie Recipe 🫐🍪
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter
1/2 granulated sugar
1/2 brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract 
2 tbsp blueberry jam
2 tbsp milk
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries 

Combine the butter and both sugars and mix in an electric mixer. 
Beat in the egg, blueberry jam, vanilla, and milk. 
In a bowl combine the flour, salt, and baking powder and mix it into the butter mixture. 
Fold in fresh blueberries. 
Using a cookie scooper, scoop the dough onto a prepared baking sheet. 
Bake for 13 minutes. 
Let the cookies cool, then add the blueberry glaze over the top.

Glaze
Simmer 1/2 cup fresh blueberries with 1/4 cup water until soft and juicy. Then add 3 tbsp of the reduced blueberry juice in with 1 cup powdered sugar. Stir until the glaze becomes a bright pink color.
