This is my go-to recipe for when I want a delicious wonton soup or craving some spicy wontons. This recipe is great to make ahead and freeze for later or enjoy fresh! 🤤

INGREDIENTS 
* 8 oz ground pork
* 8 oz shrimp roughly chopped
* 2 stalks green onion
* 1 shallot 
* 2 teaspoon ginger
* ½ teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
* 1 teaspoon sugar
* ½ teaspoon salt
* ¼ teaspoon white pepper
* 1 tablespoon soy sauce
* 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
* 1 tablespoon sesame oil
* 1 pack of Wonton wrappers
