🛼 birthday skate!

the rink’s normally closed on sat nights, but rebirthrollerz_se had a party… just for me! 😉

HAD A BLAST!!! my body aches all over — but WORTH IT.

i really gotta work on my flow and add more than 5 moves to my repertoire lol. i feel i haven’t progressed much since this time last year.

yeah, i got excuses:
• haven’t been to the rink since july
• work + life hittin’ hard 
• new-ish wheels
• party started at 10 pm 👵😴💤
• muscles felt like jello
• i’m old 😜
• i forget how to skate when camera starts rolling 🙄
• still hurting from friday’s outside skate (LOTS of falls on concrete)

BUT, there’s NO EXCUSE — i need more discipline. FOCUS.
• skate every damn day
• build endurance + stamina 
• start strength training
• practice practice practice
• start going back to its.coach.e’s classes

🙌 still had a blast, falls and slips and all.

I’M 52 B!TCHES!!! 😎
