Rulon’s epic Olympic Gold Medal victory over Karelin and his blizzard survival stories are unique and inspiring. I’ve enjoyed Rulin’s visits to our summer camp. He coaches improving hand fighting, control tie offense, and over-under throws. 
These are all very important skills that many wrestlers need to learn and drill.”
