Last week, I was honored to be at The White House, celebrating Haitian Diaspora Day. It was a humbling experience, being in the company of so many strong, resilient, and talented individuals from my village, all of us dedicated to making our families and ancestors proud 🇭🇹

As someone raised by Haitian immigrant parents, this was more of a win for them than for myself. I’m proud to be able to continue the legacy of the Lamarre name, making it even stronger 💪🏽
