Graduate student from Mahabubabad, Telangana, India, Jagath Chandra Mallam has embraced everything the UofM has to offer, even before stepping onto campus.

While on campus, he has been involved with International Student Association, Hindu Students Organization, Indian Students Association, Global Friends Memphis, Visitors & International Student Association, BCM, Multicultural Affairs.

“I attended the preorientation of the UofM back in India – I got to know about UofM and how welcoming their students and felt like I should be here as it’s my future to be part of.”

Following graduation, Jagath plans to pursue an engineering job here in the US.
