PUMPKIN SPICE FRENCH TOAST🍞✨🍂 inspired by Snoopy’s thanksgiving menu hehe (recipe below!)

Holidays will definitely be hard for me this year so i definitely want to take my mind off of things :) I’m not making a big dinner or turkey, I’ll be home with my pets watching Charlie Brown. Reflecting on what I’m grateful for, even when it feels like everything has gone wrong. I still have a lot to be thankful for🫶🏽

✨Ingredients:
-2 eggs
-1/8 tsp salt
-1 tsp pumpkin spice seasoning
-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
-1/2 can evaporated milk
-1/2 can condensed milk
-1/3 cup pumpkin puree
-1 tbsp butter
-6 slices brioche bread
-maple syrup (optional)

In a large bowl beat together eggs and the seasonings. Followed by the evaporated milk, condensed milk, and pumpkin purée and mix until fully combined. Melt butter on a skillet over medium heat. Quickly dip the bread slices in the mixture and immediately place over the hot skillet. Cook for about one minute and half per side, or until golden brown. Serve with maple syrup and enjoy!
