## Caption

“It’s a life-changing experience for me. I worked non-union before, but now I am making more money with good healthcare and retirement benefits. I have an 18-year-old son who is planning to join the Local next year and keep the family trade alive. I want to give a big shout out to my instructor and mentor, Scott Fromm, who always supports me and encourages me to learn and keep going.”
- Coy Seeger, a third-generation mason and 3rd year apprentice bricklayer of bac_local_1_or_wa_id_mt
