We’re continuing to expand our comittment to student’s mental health with the introduction of the Zen Den 😌 @montclair_zenden 

This specific space was transformed by Donna Scro Samori, a wellness coordinator for the Department of Theatre and Dance. @montclairtheatredance 

She took a small office in Life Hall and created a new mediation space, complete with aromatherapy, dim lighting and calming music to help students recharge between classes. 🧘‍♀️🧘

The @montclair_zenden , along with the @montclair_spraguelibrary Sensory Space, are part of the University’s comprehensive mental heath approached, which ranges from counseling to pet therspy to reduce stigma and promote mental health awareness.
