## Caption

Senior wide receiver Mark Sanchez is one of 32 Texas 5A high school wide receivers to be nominated for the @texashsfb 2024 5A All-Texas team. The top three vote getters on Dec. 2 at 10 p.m. will make the 5A All-Texas team.

Sanchez certainly has the credentials to make the team. He tallied 1,285 receiving yards over 10 games this season. If you take out the game he played quarterback, that’s an average of 142 yards per game. He hauled in 79 receptions and averaged 16 yards per catch. He also had 16 touchdown receptions. Every fifth pass he caught was a TD catch.

The Top 3 wide receivers in this poll will be named to the 2024 All-Texas Team. They will be featured on the Texas HS Football website and in its magazine.

Your vote could help Mark earn recognition another way as well. The top 20 players in average votes per day throughout all of the division polls will be included in the Player of the Year poll. So every vote you cast (and you can vote as often as you want) can help Mark be an 5A All-State receiver or qualify for the overall Player of the Year poll.

He has been a key player this year and in year’s past, so consider helping him earn statewide recognition with a vote or several votes in this poll.

You can cast your votes by clicking on the “VOTE FOR MARK” link in our bio.
