Bringing the ultimate appetizer to your Friendsgiving and Thanksgiving feasts 😋 These spinach artichoke pull-a-part sliders are perfect for sharing (or for keeping to yourself 😉)

Ingredients:
1 package Franz Classic Dinner Rolls
1 small onion, diced finely
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 T. olive oil
5 oz. fresh baby spinach
6 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts drained and chopped
4 oz. soft cream cheese
½ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. ground black pepper
¼ tsp. salt
½ c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese – plus more for topping
½ c. shredded Parmesan cheese – plus more for topping
1 T. minced parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions:
1) Preheat a large skillet to medium heat. When the skillet is hot, add the olive oil, followed by the onion and garlic. Cook the onion and garlic mixture until soft, but not brown.

2) Next, add the spinach and cook until it is wilted. Set the spinach mixture aside to cool. In a medium sized bowl, add the chopped artichokes, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, cheeses, and spinach mixture. Mix everything well. The dip can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container until you are ready to serve.

3) When you are ready to serve, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. While the oven is preheating, take out the Franz Classic dinner rolls and place them on a baking sheet. Using a bread knife, make deep cuts through the top center of each roll in a cross pattern, at least halfway through the rolls.

4)Then, using all the filling, stuff each Franz Classic roll inside the cuts. Sprinkle the tops with a little extra cheese and bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is golden. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve.

5) Enjoy 🤩
