#TSRPolitics: #DonaldTrump has announced yet another nomination. This time, he wants WWE co-founder #LindaMcMahon to lead the Department of Education. According to nbcnews, Trump spoke about his decision and said, “As Secretary of Education, Linda will fight tirelessly to expand ‘Choice’ to every State in America, and empower parents to make the best education decisions for their families.”

During his campaign, Trump has been vocal about getting rid of the Department of Education while letting each state handle the education system. He’s spoken about eliminating federal funding “from any school pushing critical race theory, transgender insanity, and other inappropriate racial, sexual or political content onto the shoulders of our children.”

This wouldn’t be McMahon’s first time working in Trump’s administration. She was previously head of the Small Business Administration during his first term and is currently co-chair of Trump’s presidential transition team.
