## Caption

“The union means representation, training and job opportunities to me. If there is unfair practice on the jobsite, I know my union got my back. The training program provided me with tools and skills; all I need to do is to put my heart into my work. I want to give a big shout out to my instructor Darrell Craig who helped me a lot in my apprenticeship journey.” - Jonathan Castillo, 2nd year bricklayer apprentice of baclocal8se
