For the first time in history, there aren’t enough successful white men in America to drive GDP growth for the next 20-30 years. This isn’t about race or politics—it’s about facts and common sense.

Demographics are shifting, and if we don’t include everyone—women, minorities, and underrepresented communities—we risk losing our position as the world’s leading economy.

Here’s the truth: 70% of GDP comes from consumer spending, and the future success of our economy depends on uplifting all of God’s children. If we don’t grow the table for everyone, we’ll face stagnation and lose our global edge.

With the right tools, opportunities, and mindset, I believe we can increase GDP by 3-5% annually. Inclusion isn’t charity; it’s strategy. It’s about building a better future together.
