Screen time doesn’t count when you’re cross training 🙅‍♀️ What tips did I miss?

One thing that I know is absolutely essential to stay entertained while cross training is a good pair of headphones. I use shokzusa because they have great sound quality, an open ear design, and the durability to last through my profuse sweating (I’ve broken probably 5 pairs of headphones due to sweat, so this is a big deal lol). Shokz BFCM Sale is coming where you can get 30% off on OpenRun, 15% off on OpenFit Air and 10% off on OpenSwim Pro from 11/22-12/02/2024.
